Terms of use

VIP Express connects students with partner vendors who have agreed to give an extra 10% discount in person. The app does not process payments and holds no money.

Students

• The card is personal. Sharing it or logging bills you did not pay is grounds for suspension.
• Points are an internal ledger with no cash value. They cannot be cashed out or transferred.
• Renew your card once a year by submitting a photo of your current student ID.

Vendors

• You agree to give students who present a valid card the advertised discount at the point of sale.
• There is no platform fee. Listings are subject to admin approval and may be suspended for misuse.
• Vendors are not KYC-verified; onboarding is intentionally lightweight.

Ratings and moderation

Students may rate vendors after a verified transaction. Ratings can be moderated by administrators.
