- ID-card and bill photos are encrypted at rest and only ever decrypted for you or an admin review.
- Location once, never in the background
- Your position is read a single time when a vendor scans you, then compared and discarded.
- Consent per purpose
- Four separate consents, not one blanket checkbox. Withdraw any of them from Settings.
- Points are not money
- No cash-out, no UPI, no bank linkage. They are extra discount at partner counters, nothing else.
Questions
Straight answers.
- Is the discount taken by the app?
- No. The vendor gives it at the register, the normal way. The app proves you were there and lets you log the bill so the discount is real and counted.
- Can I share my card with a friend?
- The QR changes every 45 seconds and your photo shows up on the vendor's screen, so a screenshot or a borrowed phone doesn't get far. Sharing is grounds for suspension.
- What happens if the bill photo doesn't match?
- It goes to a human. Small differences (thermal printers are messy) pass automatically; bigger ones are reviewed within a day. Nothing is silently rejected.
- Do points expire?
- Yes, twelve months after you earn them. You'll see the expiry date on every credit and a reminder thirty days out.
- I'm under 18 — can I join?
- Yes, with a parent or guardian confirming by a one-time code sent to their own number before the card activates.
- What does a vendor need to sign up?
- A mobile number, a storefront photo, an address and a pin on the map. No GST or Shop Act documents.
